Application Deadline:
Due February 10 to the Provost's Office
Nominations for the P&S Excellence Award may be submitted to CALS by the third Tuesday in November, or directly to the provost's office by February 10. If submitting to CALS, use the online submissions portal under Nominating Instructions and Form with the ISU cover sheet found on the award description web page at the link below. If submitting directly to the provost's office, use the ISU cover sheet and nomination instructions on the award description web page at the link below.
